Placing Your Order

You can pay for your order by any of the following methods:

• Credit and Debit Cards:
  You can pay online using Visa, Mastercard,  Switch credit cards and debit cards issued by Visa or Mastercard.

• Cheques :
  cheques drawn on a UK bank in £ (pounds sterling).
  Send your payment to the address below.

• Cash:
  £ (pounds sterling) or $ (US Dollars) or Euros cash.
  Send your payment to the address below. When sending cash, it is adviseable to send it by registered post.

Currently we accept payment in £ (pounds sterling) or $ (US Dollars) or Euros cash. If you pay by credit card you will see our charges in £s on your card statement.

Returns & Refunds Policy

1. General
To process your returns efficiently and to refund or credit you speedily we require that you contact us in advance of sending any items back to us. This will allow us to process them more quickly and be aware of their return. Please contact us by email, where possible, at returns@musicontheweb.co.uk or call us on +44 (0)20 8330 5143.

2. What items can be returned?
You can return any items which are faulty or do not meet the description of the product on our web site for a full refund. Unwanted items for any other reason, can only be returned for credit. All items must be returned within a reasonable period of time from the date of purchase. No items will be accepted after this time. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Any items returned must be returned complete - i.e. with any covers, artwork, stickers, etc that they came with and in the condition it was dispatched from us.

3. How you will be refunded/credited
If you paid by credit or debit card we will refund you on that card. If you live in the UK and you paid by cheque or cash we will refund you by cheque. If you live outside the UK and paid by cash we will send you a credit note. Exceptions to this are stated above.

4. How to return items
a) Email or telephone us (see 1 above) so we are aware.
b) We will email you back, please include this with the items you send back together with a letter of explanation as to why you are sending goods back to us. Please indicate if you wish a replacement item or refund/credit to your account.
c) Send the goods back to us at the address below. Please note that we are not responsible for packages not received - please send your items back by recorded delivery with insurance if necessary.
d) As soon as we receive your returns we will refund you as per 3 above.

We will refund your postage charges if the goods are received faulty, do not match the specification on our site or if we shipped the title to you in error. Please ensure that you pack any returns well and we suggest you use recorded delivery. You MUST pay postage to return items before mailing them to us.
